For tired and dirty hands
After a day in the garden, soothe and nourish dry hands with this easy-to-make hand scrub. It contains exfoliating ground rice and pumice powder, which give a firm yet gentle consistency. Almond oil is nourishing and mixed with olive oil, it can soften, soothe, heal, and protect the skin. The stimulating action of rosemary essential oil is brilliant for use on tired and overworked muscles.

This is an abrasive used to remove dead skin and invigorate.GROUND RICE
Rice is gently abrasive and removes dead skin cells.
- 1 tbsp ground rice
- 1 tsp pumice powder
- 1 tbsp almond oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 10 drops rosemary essential oil
How to make
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon into a sterilized jar and place the lid on it. Store in a cool, dark place. Keeps for up to 3 months.
How to apply
Massage into the hands, paying attention to areas of ingrained dirt and dry skin. Rinse with warm water. Use hand cream after application, if required.
