Follow these simple tips to make the perfectly shaped pretzel.
- Roll dough into a 16-18″ rope
- Form U shape on flat floured surface
- Pick up the ends and twist them around each other twice.
- Fold the twisted end down over the U until the ends meet the bottom. Press the ends into the dough to form pretzel shape. If needed, use a little water to make the ends stick to the bottom of the pretzel.
