Coconut and Cinnamon Popsicle

Serving Size: 10 3oz popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup 35% cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2-3/4 cup organic cane sugar (or white sugar)
  • 1-2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Adjust to taste.
  2. Pour mix into ice pop molds, add sticks and freeze for 5-7 hours, or until set.
