Apple with Cheddar and Cinnamon
- 1 oz (30 g) Canadian Cheddar, sliced
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon sugar
- Cut Cheddar slices into rectangles whose length equals that of the apple slices.
- Make small sandwiches by placing a slice of Cheddar between two apple slices.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
